Join us in celebrating Father Angel Perez-Lopez, who was installed as the fifth rector of St. John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver on Wednesday, Mar. 19!

We are excited to welcome him as the first former student of the seminary to take on this leadership position.

“I am happy and full of gratitude to God and to Archbishop Aquila for this assignment,” Father Perez-Lopez said. “I hope that the Lord continues to help me, as he has always done in all my previous assignments, so that I can teach seminarians, by word and example, how to become holy priests.”

Please pray for him in this new venture and in gratitude for Father Daniel Leonard, who will begin a well-deserved sabbatical after eight years of service to the seminary and archdiocesan community.
