Election season is in full swing, and its hecticness is unparalleled.


Some avoid it like the plague; others are eager to discuss and debate.


Our priests are no different! Many look to their spiritual leaders to help them form their consciences well, discern effectively, and work so that we might continue to bring about the Kingdom of God on Earth.


Undoubtedly, they have their work cut out for them!


Father Scott Bailey, pastor of Risen Christ Parish in Denver, recently polled some of the archdiocesan presbyterate to ask their thoughts on preaching during an election season. In this video, he shares the five most common frustrations as well as three ways Christians can contribute positively to the political climate.
