Christ is risen! He is truly risen!

After 40 days of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, the Church again walked with Jesus through his Paschal Mystery during Holy Week.

We celebrated the institution of the Holy Eucharist and priesthood on Holy Thursday. On Good Friday, we commemorated the Lord’s Passion and Death. We waited in hope-filled expectation on Holy Saturday.

Now, on this side of Easter Sunday, with our Lenten observances having concluded, we celebrate Easter’s great miracle for the next 50 days!

May the Risen Christ bless each of you with his grace, peace, and joy this Easter season!
