On March 9, 2023, the Colorado General Assembly introduced a package of bills referred to as RHEA 2.0 that will go further toward making Colorado one of the most extreme pro-abortion states in the country.

The package includes the following bills:

1. Prohibiting Deceptive Practices at Anti-Abortion Centers 2. Protecting Health Care Patients, Providers, and Assistors 3. Increasing Access to Reproductive Health Care Services

All three abortion bills that were introduced last week will be heard in committee upon adjournment this Wednesday, March 15, which is likely at 10 a.m. If there is a floor debate it may be a little later.

We need your help in fighting this radical legislation!
