From supporting the Little Sisters of the Poor, to traveling to Rome for the double canonization of popes John Paul II and John XXIII, and rallying in great numbers to cause an unexpected victory for life late in the legislative session, 2014 was a year for the Catholics of northern Colorado to come together in solidarity and in prayer. The faithful gathered to pray for peace in the Middle East, and they took to social media to show support for ALS-afflicted Father Benjamin Reese and to raise money for ALS research. We ended the year with the launch of the Year of Consecrated Life, reminding us all of the need to witness to the joy of the Gospel.
